Sometimes syncing takes a moment. Try refreshing the app or logging out and logging back in. If the number still doesn’t appear, contact CallMama Support with your transaction ID.
Please ensure your plan includes inbound SMS. Go to Settings → Features and verify that SMS reception is enabled for your number.
Some services block codes to VoIP numbers. Confirm your number supports SMS or try receiving via a different channel.
