Go to call history, tap and hold the contact, then select “Block Number”. You won’t receive further calls from them.
Messages older than 30 days are automatically archived to save space. Enable “Message Backup” in settings to retain them permanently.
Some banks or websites restrict OTP delivery to VoIP numbers. If possible, use an alternate number or contact the provider for manual verification.
Sometimes syncing takes a moment. Try refreshing the app or logging out and logging back in. If the number still doesn’t appear, contact CallMama Support with your transaction ID.
Verify your call forwarding and ensure “Do Not Disturb” mode is off. Try logging out and in to refresh incoming routing.
