Yes, most online services support CallMama numbers. However, some banks block VoIP-based OTPs for security reasons.
Premium-rate or short-code destinations are intentionally blocked for fraud prevention. These include voting lines, donation hotlines, and carrier-paid numbers.
Go to “My Numbers”, tap the edit icon beside a number, and enter your preferred label like “Business Line 1”.
Banks sometimes place a temporary authorization hold when verifying a transaction. The extra entry disappears automatically in 3–5 business days.
Please ensure your plan includes inbound SMS. Go to Settings → Features and verify that SMS reception is enabled for your number.
