You’re only billed for successfully connected calls. Pre-authorization amounts may appear briefly but will be released automatically.

Why does my call quality keep fluctuating?

Fluctuations happen if your internet bandwidth changes during the call. Close background apps that use data for better voice consistency.

I can’t make international calls from the app.
