The recipient’s number might be switched off or blocked for VoIP SMS. Try resending later or verifying that the number supports virtual SMS delivery.
Check that you have calling credits and microphone permissions are enabled. If issues continue, test with another number or restart the app.
This can occur after an app update. Restart or reinstall the app — it will re-sync all features.
If payment renewal fails or balance remains insufficient, the number may deactivate automatically. Renew promptly to restore service.
Increase your in-call and system volume levels. If still low, plug in earphones for clearer output.
