Go to My Numbers → Active Numbers and refresh the page. Logging out and back in forces a full sync from our server if it doesn’t appear right away.

Why do I see double charges?

Banks sometimes place a temporary authorization hold when verifying a transaction. The extra entry disappears automatically in 3–5 business days.

My account shows duplicate numbers.

This can happen if the purchase request was retried multiple times. Simply refresh your dashboard; if the issue persists, contact support for quick correction.
