Make sure voicemail is enabled under Call Features. If you still can’t access it, refresh your account or reinstall the app.
Tap “Mark All as Read” from the Messages tab menu. This clears unread notifications instantly.
Update to the latest version and clear your app cache. If crashes persist, reinstall the app to refresh your local message database.
Open Billing → Manage Plan → Auto-Renewal, then toggle it off. You’ll still have full access until your current billing cycle ends.
Avoid tapping the “Send” button multiple times if your network is slow. The system automatically retries if the first attempt delays.
