Some banks or websites restrict OTP delivery to VoIP numbers. If possible, use an alternate number or contact the provider for manual verification.
Messages older than 30 days are automatically archived to save space. Enable “Message Backup” in settings to retain them permanently.
Some services block codes to VoIP numbers. Confirm your number supports SMS or try receiving via a different channel.
This can occur after an app update. Restart or reinstall the app — it will re-sync all features.
Double-check the dialing format — always start with “+” followed by the country code (e.g., +44 20…).
