Some banks or websites restrict OTP delivery to VoIP numbers. If possible, use an alternate number or contact the provider for manual verification.
Restart your device or reinstall the app. Frozen buttons can result from cache corruption.
Some carriers don’t return confirmation reports for VoIP numbers. You can still verify delivery in the chat log if the status shows “Delivered.”
Banks sometimes place a temporary authorization hold when verifying a transaction. The extra entry disappears automatically in 3–5 business days.
Auto-clean may be turned on. Disable it in your app settings to keep your chat history longer.
