Increase your in-call and system volume levels. If still low, plug in earphones for clearer output.
Select the number → Manage → Delete. Please note that deletion is permanent and the number cannot be recovered later.
Long-press any chat, select multiple threads, then tap delete. This clears space without affecting active messages.
Restart your app, check your internet, and resend. If the problem persists, clear your cache or reinstall the app.
