Your messages are tied to your CallMama account, not your SIM. Log back in using your same credentials to recover them.
Go to “My Numbers”, tap the edit icon beside a number, and enter your preferred label like “Business Line 1”.
Only messages synced to cloud backup are restored after logout. Enable “Auto Cloud Backup” to prevent future loss.
Ensure your card details are correct and there’s enough balance. If your bank blocks international payments, enable it temporarily and retry.
Allow CallMama to access your phone contacts in permission settings. Without this, only numbers are displayed.
