Enable background running permission. Some phones suspend VoIP when multitasking — allow CallMama to run in background.
Top up your SMS credits from the Billing section. Once funds are added, refresh the app to update your wallet balance.
Tap “Forgot Password?” on the login screen. A reset link will be sent to your email immediately — follow it to create a new password.
Make sure your card supports international transactions and has sufficient balance. If needed, contact your bank to enable online or overseas payments. You can also try another card or payment method.
