This happens when your balance is zero or the feature isn’t activated. Add funds and refresh the app to unlock calling options.
Avoid tapping the “Send” button multiple times if your network is slow. The system automatically retries if the first attempt delays.
Poor internet or unstable Wi-Fi often causes this. Switch to mobile data or a stronger signal and try again.
Check that you entered the correct code and that your email/SMS hasn’t gone to spam. You can request a new code every 60 seconds.
This usually happens when your CallMama account is not verified. Go to Profile → Verify Email / Phone, complete verification, and restart the app.
