CallMama SMS works over the internet (VoIP), not via your cellular provider. A stable connection is needed for sending or receiving.
Sometimes syncing takes a moment. Try refreshing the app or logging out and logging back in. If the number still doesn’t appear, contact CallMama Support with your transaction ID.
Auto-clean may be turned on. Disable it in your app settings to keep your chat history longer.
Only messages synced to cloud backup are restored after logout. Enable “Auto Cloud Backup” to prevent future loss.
