The app freezes while loading numbers.

My number isn’t activating after payment.

Activation usually completes within minutes, but delays can occur.

• Restart the app or log out and back in.
• Ensure your payment was successfully processed.
• If still inactive after 10 minutes, contact support@callmama.com with your transaction ID.

How can I delete a virtual number?

Select the number → Manage → Delete. Please note that deletion is permanent and the number cannot be recovered later.

The app says ‘Invalid Number’.

Always include the correct country code (e.g., +1 for US, +44 for UK). Re-enter the number in international format before redialing.
