Go to “Rates” in the app, select your destination, and view per-minute pricing before dialing.
This error occurs when the recipient’s network is temporarily unavailable. Retry later or confirm that the destination number is correct.
There may be a small sync delay between local and server records, but billing always reflects the exact connected duration.
This usually happens if your card expired or funds are low. Update your payment details and tap “Retry Payment” in the billing section.
