This usually happens when your CallMama account is not verified. Go to Profile → Verify Email / Phone, complete verification, and restart the app.
Some countries may be temporarily under maintenance or not yet supported for outbound calls. Check back later or contact support for updates.
Avoid tapping the “Send” button multiple times if your network is slow. The system automatically retries if the first attempt delays.
Logging out and back in forces a fresh sync with our main server. Ensure both devices are using the same account.
Your IP may reflect another location if using a VPN. Disable VPN and manually select your correct region in profile settings.
