You’re only billed for successfully connected calls. Pre-authorization amounts may appear briefly but will be released automatically.

I can’t make international calls from the app.

Before placing calls:

• Check that you have active calling credits.
• Make sure international calling is enabled on your plan.
• Some countries may be temporarily restricted — check the supported destinations list.
