Why can’t I purchase a virtual number?

If you’re unable to purchase a number, please ensure:

• Your payment card is active and authorized for international transactions.
• Your CallMama account is verified and linked to a valid email.
• Try refreshing the app, clearing cache, or switching your internet connection before retrying.

My voicemail isn’t working.

Make sure voicemail is enabled under Call Features. If you still can’t access it, refresh your account or reinstall the app.

Why do I see double charges?

Banks sometimes place a temporary authorization hold when verifying a transaction. The extra entry disappears automatically in 3–5 business days.
